ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

We offer annual maintenance contact to our customer, which is highly beneficial for the optimum performance of engine through timely maintenance and keeping track records of trending alarm history. Many of our existing customer have already signed AMCs and enjoying an extra level of comfort zone with peace of mind.

COMMISSIONING

Orient Energy Systems is one of INNIO’s Channel Partners who is authorized for commissioning Jenbacher & Waukesha Gas engines. Certified Commissioning Engineers from service department perform commissioning of Jenbacher and Waukesha Gas Engines, and same engineers also available to support your engine once it is in operation, We strive to provide our best services to our esteemed customers with familiarity of their engines to reach up to their satisfaction level.

OVERHAULS

Minor & Major overhauls are typically a part of routine maintenance with larger scope. Where routine maintenance covers regular checks and replacement of supporting elements of main loading parts, in minor & major OH main loading parts are replaced/reworked. These maintenances are very important part of engine life time and performance. Sticking to the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule is the key for satisfactory & safe operation.

FIELD SERVICES

Orient Energy Systems have trained & certified Field Service Team network at different location to ensure quickest possible support to customers. Our Filed Service Team in different location are assigned on certain no. of engines to create maximum familiarity with project and to provide best possible support. Our service stations are also backed up with spare parts stocking to response rapidly for any unscheduled maintenance of customer's engines.

PRODUCT TRAINING

Orient Energy Systems can proudly state the we have inhouse technical trainer who is a part of INNIO’s Jenbacher “Train the Trainer” program. Our trainer has vast experience of working on different types of industrial generator sets including Jenbacher & Waukesha Gas Engines. He is trained and certified from Jenbacher Training Center.
Our Technical Trainer is authorized to deliver OPT, TJE, FTB and FTA trainings. Whereas certificates are issued by Jenbacher Training Center.

OPT-3,4,6:

OPT-3, OPT-4 and OPT-6 are operator trainings designed specifically for Power Plant Operators having type 3, 4 and type 6. Engines. OPT is a pre-requisite for TJE and TJM trainings.

TJE:

Training on Job (Extended customer). TJE is also designed for plant operators to enhance their expertise level for small trouble shootings etc.

FTB:

Basic Field Tech training is designed by Jenbacher as a 1st certification for Field Service Engineers to obtain basic knowledge about Jenbacher Gas Engines, FTB is a pre-requisite for FTA and MR trainings.

FTA:

Advance Field Tech training as designed by Jenbacher as 2nd certification also for Field Service Engineers to obtain advance level of knowledge and expertise. FTA is pre requisite for CT1 and CT2 commissioning trainings.
Orient strategy to have their own trainer, helps customers as well as internal FSEs to get easy access to the high level of training theoretically and practically. Which is beneficial for their in-depth product knowledge, safe & efficient operation of engine, personal safety and technical expertise.

CONVERSION, MODIFICATION & UPGRADE (CM&U)

REMOTE MONITORING – MYPLANT

We use renowned and best remote monitoring technology to connect with your engine at our monitoring station as well as to connect it to manufacturer monitoring system when required. We can review the problem of your engines’ running parameter and historical data for troubleshooting. Diagnostics of problem can be done remotely and customer technical staff can be assisted for possible trouble shooting, software related issues can also be sorted by connecting remotely. This helps customer to receive quickest possible support. We are with our customers’ physically or remotely when required.

Our after sales services work closely with your team to determine the service schedule and parts requirement to perform timely services with spare parts availability. We supply genuine spare parts with warranty that is backed by our Principal, remember that genuine spare parts is life line for your engine performance and sustainability. A large warehouse facility and decent inventory of parts in UAE, ensure fastest parts delivery to our customers locally and to our other international territories.
Orinet Energy Systems FZCO. is the authorised supplier of genuine Jenbacher & Waukesha Gas Engine spare parts in UAE, Oman & Bahrain. We also work in Saudi Arabia & other GCC countries on case to case basis. Please note if you require the supply of Jenbacher gas engine spare parts outside these territories you should contact your local distributor.
We are maintaining large inventory of Jenbacher spare parts in the region. Spare parts availability is critical if engine downtime is to be kept to a minimum. Orient Energy systems strive to dispatch these parts at short notice where required in the countries in which we operate. We have dedicated and trained staff for dealing with spare parts who identify the need and assist customers for proper parts identification or supersessions in quicker and efficient manner.
